Online Carriage of Great American $1M Grand Prix from Ocala, FL Set for March 24
Arcadia, CA, March 13 , 2014 -- HRTV (R), The Network for Horse Sports, will continue its partnership with HITS, Inc., when it presents the live webcasts, via www.tvg2.com, of the first two jewels of the HITS Triple Crown of Show Jumping, beginning with the AIG $1 Million Grand Prix, presented by Lamborghini Newport Beach, from the HITS Desert Horse Park in Thermal, CA this Sunday, March 16.
The live webcast of the AIG $1 Million Grand Prix is set to begin at 2 p.m. ET.
Slightly more than a week later on "Million Dollar Monday" -- March 24 -- HRTV will offer the live webcast of the Great American $1 Million Grand Prix from HITS Post Time Farm in Ocala, FL, with online carriage scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. ET.
Both of these top-flight competitions are key qualifying showdowns for the sport's culminating event -- the $1 Million Grand Prix, which is held annually in early September at Saugerties, NY.
The AIG Grand Prix from Thermal attracts 40 of the best North American and International equestrians each year, and often features former World Cup champions, Olympians, and established veteran stars. Among those expected to compete this Sunday include: Richard Spooner, Mandy Porter, Enrique Gonzalez, Nayel Nassar, Ashlee Bond Clarke, Rich Fellers, and many other stars.
